Thank you for purchasing your Celios Advanced Air Purifier. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 30 days, we will make it right, or return your money. Please contact us directly at customer.care@celios.com or call 1-833-CELIOS1 so we can help.
Return Terms & Conditions
All Celios products must be returned in like-new condition in the original packaging, including all accessories and instructions. Proof of purchase, such as provision of a valid order number, is required. Free, prepaid return labels will only be issued to customers within the US. Customers outside of the US are responsible for the cost of shipping and handling.
Product must have been purchased at Celios.com.
Return request must be initiated within 30 days of purchase date.
We reserve the right to reject returns and/or charge for the product and shipping & handling costs in cases that do not meet our return requirements or that indicate abuse of this program. If you request a refund, we will refund the purchase price and all applicable taxes to the credit or debit card or other payment method with which you made your initial purchase.
Return Guide
If you would like to return your purchase, please have your order number and mailing address available, and follow these simple steps:
Step 1: Contact customer.care@celios.com or call 1-833-CELIOS1.
Step 2: A member of our Customer Care Team will provide you with a return authorization number (RA#) and prepaid return label.
Step 3: Please write the RA# on the outside of the package.
Step 4: Place your return label on the package and ship it to us via UPS.
A refund will be issued once your shipment has been picked up and the tracking code has been activated. This process typically takes 1-2 business days. Please keep all receipts and delivery notices on file for reference. Allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card.
